Important information about PMA membership and Group Exchange Members
Absolutely, you can register your membership on behalf of an ACN, ABN, UA or another PMA itself. But the difference is all transactional proceeds and contribution made for the benefit of the PMA and its members will receive a "Contribution statement" for records, but this is not an "Invoice" or "Receipt" for tax deductible purposes in the "Public" jurisdiction.
No. All proceeds of your private member to member exchange are yours to deal with. This is an important point of difference that you will still be liable for public facing taxes etc as the PMA jurisdiction protection is only for the exchange proceeds incurred by itself. And those are not for profit!
